Start the two weeks Free · 10 units · no card

We call back inside 5 minutes during your market's working hours. Ten units of your choosing, two weeks, no card and no lock-in. Success metrics agreed in writing before day one.

67

Units on a single account, run end to end by our team.

3

Live shifts, so every hour has a named person on it.

168

Hours a week covered. Not 40.

30

Days' notice. No setup fee, no lock-in, nothing to unwind.

Scope

What we run — and what we won't touch.

The second list is half the reason operators trust us.

We run

  • Guest comms, 24/7 — in your brand's voice
  • Nights & weekends — holidays and sickness too
  • Damage claims — included, no cut taken
  • Review recovery — disputes and removals
  • Vendor coordination — your cleaners, our chasing
  • Listing housekeeping — calendars kept straight

We don't

  • Mark up your vendors. Costs pass through at cost
  • Appear to your owners. Your name on everything
  • Lock you in. 30 days' notice, no setup fee

The arithmetic

An ops coordinator covers 40 hours. The week has 168.

One in-house ops coordinator

40 / 168 hrs
Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00. Nights, holidays and sickness uncovered.
£2,600 /month £30,000 salary plus employer NI, pension and recruitment.

VirtuPro

168 / 168 hrs
Three live shifts with a written handover between each, every night of the year.
£1,360 /month 20 units at £68 per unit. No payroll, no recruitment, 30 days' notice.

Half the cost, four times the cover — and nobody hands in their notice.

Damage claims

The platform said no. That isn't the end of it.

Most operators write a declined claim off the same afternoon. We rebuild the evidence and resubmit it.

  • Clients: included, no percentage taken.
  • Non-clients: 30% of what we win, nothing if we lose.
  • In the trial: bring a live one and watch it land.

The trial, day by day

  1. Day 0

    Scope it in writing

Ten units you pick. Three metrics agreed, your current numbers baselined.

  2. Days 1–3

    Onboarding, compressed

Access, escalation rules, spend limits, tone of voice.

  3. Day 7

    Checkpoint call

Against the three metrics. If we're behind, you hear it from us first.

  4. Day 14

    Review

Your numbers, side by side with the ones you walked in with.

  5. Day 15

    It continues, or it doesn't

Rolls on unless you say stop. 30 days' notice either way.

Pricing

Published, because we don't negotiate it.

Per unit, per month. No setup fee. Bands move as units go live, not at renewal.

Most of this category won't show you a number until you've sat through a call. Ours is on this page.

How the options compare

What a 25-unit desk costs, four ways.

Cost per covered hour is the only fair comparison — a cheap monthly rate for 40 hours a week isn't cheap.

OptionPer monthHours / weekPer covered hour
VirtuPro · 25 units £1,700168 £2.33
Nearshore VA, one person~£1,95040 £11.27

Indicative market rates from our own research, UK, a 25-unit portfolio. In-house figure includes employer NI. A revenue share is the only line here that costs you more the better your year goes.

The questions operators actually ask

Will my owners or guests know you exist?

No. Everything goes out under your brand, from your addresses and numbers, in the tone you set. We're your operations department, not a subcontractor your owners get introduced to.

Do we have to change the software we run on?

No. We work inside whatever property management system you already use, on access you grant and can revoke. We don't sell software and we won't ask you to migrate.

How do you handle our credentials and guest data?

Named accounts per team member with the narrowest permissions that do the job, no shared logins, access revoked the day someone leaves, and a written note on data handling and GDPR before you grant anything.

What's your average response time?

We don't quote one, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. An average is dragged down by the daytime hours your own team already covers — it hides exactly the window you're buying. We report your full distribution by hour of day, median and slowest, every month. You see the 3am number, not a flattering mean.

Do you handle pricing as well?

Tell us what you need and you'll get a straight answer on whether it's something we take on. Our core is the operation — guest communication, overnight cover, damage claims and reviews. Anything beyond that we scope per account rather than selling you a package you may not want.

What happens at 2am, specifically?

The on-shift agent answers inside your response target, works the escalation rules you set — what they can authorise, what they can spend, when you get woken — and writes it into the handover so the morning shift doesn't ask the guest twice.

We tried a VA and it didn't work.

Usually because one person cannot cover 168 hours, and when they're ill or on holiday the cover is you. This is a team on three shifts with a written handover between them. Different thing to one hire you manage.

Give us the ten units you like least.

Two weeks, metrics in writing, no card. If we don't beat your baseline you've lost an onboarding call.
